The next version of FFACEV (F5) has a lot of major changes. Right off the top the managed plugin system is gone. I know everyone knows c# but there were just too many problems and there is nothing to stop it from being rewritten as an extension.

Replacing the old plugin system is lua. Lua is extremely powerful and will make scripting most anything you want very very easy. Check out the API posts in the support forum and keep an eye out for the next release in the coming weeks.
